Hit IPTV Player Terms of Use

IMPORTANT WARNING:

Hit IPTV Player is designed to be used with content or pre-made playlists containing legal content created by users themselves.

Hit IPTV Player does not support streaming copyrighted material without the copyright owner's permission. In case of any copyright complaints, we will act promptly and may suspend or terminate your account.

The Hit IPTV Player Application only displays the content added by the user and plays the user content.

Hit IPTV Player does not provide any content or playlists. Hit IPTV Player supports various video extensions and live broadcast IPTV (video extensions supported and allowed by the platform where you download the application).

Hit IPTV Player allows users to upload content from their devices or play the playlist available on the Xtream Codes API.

The Hit IPTV Player Application refers to the application found on the Hit IPTV Player website, mobile markets (e.g., Apple Store, Google Play Store), TV application markets (e.g., LG Content Store, Smart TV Hub & Apps).

INTRODUCTION

Thank you for choosing Hit IPTV Player ("Hit IPTV Player," "Hit Player," "we," "our"). Hit IPTV Player is an advanced next-generation IPTV player application designed to play your own content, i.e., videos, and streams.

By using the Hit IPTV Player Application, websites, and user interfaces, you understand and agree that you are entering into a binding contract with Hit IPTV Player. Your contract includes these Terms and any additional terms you agree to. If you do not agree to the Terms, you should not use Hit IPTV Player.

To use Hit IPTV Player and access any content, you must (1) be 18 years or older or 13 years or older and have your parent or guardian agree to these Terms, and (2) have the authority to enter into a binding contract with us. You also commit that the registration information you provide to Hit IPTV Player is accurate, correct, and complete.

CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENTS

We may make changes to the Agreements from time to time. When we make material changes, we may notify you in an appropriate manner, such as displaying a prominent notice within the Application or sending you an email. Continuing to use Hit IPTV Player after the changes means you accept the changes.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The user acknowledges and agrees that Hit IPTV Player is the sole owner of all copyrights and intellectual property rights. Users guarantee that they have the necessary copyrights or permissions for the content they wish to play.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

You are solely responsible for all content you play or access. Hit IPTV Player is not responsible for the content you access and does not endorse any opinions. If a claim is made against Hit IPTV Player regarding user content, you agree to indemnify and hold Hit IPTV Player harmless from all damages, losses, and expenses.

RIGHTS YOU GIVE US

To facilitate the operation of the application, you allow us to use your device's processor, bandwidth, and storage hardware. Feedback you provide to Hit IPTV Player is not confidential and can be used without restriction.

USER GUIDELINES

Hit IPTV Player respects all laws and intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same. The following are prohibited for any reason:

• Using the application for illegal activities.
• Watching, broadcasting, or redistributing content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works of any part of the Hit IPTV Player Application.
• Circumventing technology used to protect the application.
• Selling, leasing, sublicensing, or renting any part of the Hit IPTV Player Application.
• Removing or altering copyright or trademark notices.
• Using automated tools to collect information from Hit IPTV Player.
• Engaging in activities contrary to the Agreements.

Violation of these guidelines may result in the termination or suspension of your account.

REPORTING INFRINGEMENTS AND USER CONTENT

Hit IPTV Player respects the rights of intellectual property owners and takes action on complaints of copyright infringement. If you believe any content infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us.

Hit IPTV Player does not store or cache the content accessed by users. The only solution for copyright infringement is to remove the account accessing such content.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS AND CHANGES

Hit IPTV Player will make reasonable efforts to keep the application operational. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to technical difficulties. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features of the application.
